Electroconductores de Honduras, S.A. (ECOHSA) was founded in 1981 by Phelps Dodge International Corporation. In 1996 ECOHSA began specializing in the manufacturing of bare and insulated aluminum cables. We are a leading aluminum cable manufacturer for the Central America Region and the Caribbean. Located in Tegucigalpa, the capital city of Honduras, our main product lines are 1350 and 6201 aluminum alloys.

- 1994 First company certified with ISO 9001 in Honduras.
- 1996 Specializes in the manufacturing of bare and insulated aluminum conductors.
- 2002 Obtains United States RUS certification.
- 2003 Obtains ISO 9001-version 2000 certification.
