The plant’s administration and sales offices are located in Cerrillos, and a sales office is located in Antofagasta, in the northern region of Chile.

Milestones

  • 1985 Cocesa introduces a new generation of Halogen Free cables of excellent flame retardant capacity and low smoke emission level characteristics.
  • 1986 Cocesa introduces medium voltage submarine cables for the oil platforms in the south of the country. Cocesa is the first Chilean cables factory to obtain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification.
  • 2002 ISO 14000 certification obtained.
